Moments Condoms Giveaway- May 2026

1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Coral Healthcare Pty Ltd (ABN 75 140 734 783), trading as
Moments Condoms ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years and over at the time
of entry.
(a) Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and any agencies
associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
(b) Entrants must have a valid TikTok account that is set to public for the duration of the
promotion period.
(c) Entrants must have a valid postal address in Australia or New Zealand for prize
delivery.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 5:00 PM AEST on Tuesday 13 May 2026 and closes at 5:00
PM AEST on Friday 15 May 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, entrants must complete all of the following steps during the Promotion Period:
(a) Follow @momentscondoms on TikTok.
(b) Sign up via the link provided in the giveaway post or the @momentscondoms TikTok
bio.
(c) Comment "done" on the giveaway post.
Bonus entry: Entrants may receive one (1) additional bonus entry by attaching a screenshot
of their sign-up confirmation as a reply or within their comment on the giveaway post.
Each entrant may submit one (1) standard entry and one (1) bonus entry, for a maximum of
two (2) entries per person.
Multiple TikTok accounts operated by the same individual are not permitted and will be
treated as a single entry.

5. Prizes
There are ten (10) prizes to be won. Each prize pack includes:
(a) 1 x Moments Ultra Thin Regular Condoms 12-pack (valued at $9.00 AUD)
(b) 1 x Moments Cola Flavoured Condoms 12-pack (valued at $9.00 AUD)
Total value of each prize pack: $18.00 AUD. Total prize pool value: $180.00 AUD.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter
reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the original
prize becomes unavailable for any reason.Prize images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product packaging may vary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
Ten (10) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the
Promotion Period. The draw will take place within three (3) business days of the Promotion
Period closing.
Winners will be contacted via TikTok Direct Message (DM) from the official
@momentscondoms account only. Winners must respond to the notification within seven (7)
days of being contacted, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be
drawn at the Promoter’s discretion.
Winners may be required to provide their full name and a valid postal address in Australia or
New Zealand to facilitate prize delivery.
The Promoter will not contact winners from any account other than @momentscondoms on
TikTok. Entrants should not respond to messages from any other account claiming to be affiliated with this promotion.

7. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be dispatched to winners within twenty-eight (28) days of the winner confirming
their delivery details. The Promoter is not responsible for prizes lost, stolen, or damaged in
transit.

8. Privacy
By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, using, and disclosing
their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion, including but not
limited to contacting winners, delivering prizes, and publishing winner announcements.
Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy
Policy, available at momentswellness.com.au.
The Promoter may publish the winners’ first name, suburb, and state/territory for the
purposes of meeting promotional compliance obligations.
9. General Conditions
(a) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any
entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in
accordance with these terms, or who acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner.
(b) The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify, or suspend the
promotion if, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, the promotion is not capable of being
conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s
control, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, or
fraud.
(c) The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any
loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of
profits), expense, damage, personal injury, or death that is suffered or sustained
(whether arising from any person’s negligence or otherwise) in connection with this
promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability that cannot be
excluded by law.
(d) Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes, or modifies or purports to
limit, exclude, or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the
Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties
under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth) or
similar consumer protection laws in New Zealand.
(e) Entrants must not, as a condition of entering this promotion, pay any fee or purchase
any product or service.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with
TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. By entering, each entrant releases TikTok and ByteDance Ltd
from any and all liability in connection with this promotion.
Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the promotion should be directed to the
Promoter and not to TikTok.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
