  1. Promoter

The promoter of this promotion is Coral Healthcare Pty Ltd (ABN 75 140 734 783), trading as Moments Condoms ("Promoter").

  1. Eligibility

(a) Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

(b) By entering this promotion, entrants confirm that they are aged 18 years or older.

(c) Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family members of the Promoter and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

(d) Entrants must have a valid account on Instagram at the time of entry so that the Promoter can reasonably verify participation requirements.

(e) Entrants must have a valid postal address in Australia or New Zealand for prize delivery.

  1. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 6:00 PM AEST on Wednesday 17 June 2026 and closes at 4:00 PM AEST on Wednesday 24 June 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

  1. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

(a) Follow @momentscondoms on Instagram

(b) Tag a friend in the comments of the promotional post;

A comment alone does not constitute a valid entry.

Multiple accounts operated by the same individual are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

  1. Prizes

There are two (2) prizes to be won from a total prize pool of $800.

Each prize pack includes:

(a) 1 x $150 Moments Gift Card;

(b) 1 x $250 Chemist Warehouse Gift Card.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Prize images are for illustrative purposes only.

  1. Winner Selection and Notification

(a) Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

(b) The draw will take place within three (3) business days of the Promotion Period closing.

(c) Winners will be contacted by direct message from the official @momentscondoms account only.

(d) Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification. If a winner does not respond within that timeframe, the Promoter may, acting reasonably, conduct a redraw.

(e) Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age, eligibility, and a valid delivery address.

(f) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrant eligibility.

  1. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be dispatched within twenty-eight (28) days after winners confirm delivery details.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for prizes lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged in transit.

  1. Privacy

(a) By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing, and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion, conducting the draw, contacting winners, delivering prizes, and complying with legal obligations.

(b) Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at momentswellness.com.au.

(c) Entrants should not publicly post or share sensitive or personal information in comments or replies associated with this promotion.

(d) The Promoter may publish winners’ first name and state/territory where reasonably necessary for promotional transparency or legal compliance.

  1. Acceptable Conduct

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or remove any comment or content that the Promoter reasonably considers to be:

(a) offensive;

(b) defamatory;

(c) unlawful;

(d) misleading;

(e) discriminatory;

(f) sexually explicit beyond community standards;

(g) spam;

(h) abusive; or

(i) otherwise inconsistent with the brand’s values or applicable platform guidelines.

  1. General Conditions

(a) The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

(b) If this promotion cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including technical failures, platform outages, unauthorised intervention, or fraud, the Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws.

(c) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian or New Zealand consumer laws.

(d) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for technical malfunctions, delayed communications, lost entries, or other events outside its reasonable control.

(e) Entry into this promotion is free. Entrants are not required to purchase any product or service to enter.

(f) Any permit requirements applicable under Australian state or territory laws will be complied with by the Promoter.

By entering, entrants release Instagram, and Meta Platforms from any liability associated with this promotion to the extent permitted by law.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
